    Production of Steel Tubes as per Standard EN10210

    • 摘要: 介紹了按歐洲EN10210標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)非合金結(jié)構(gòu)管的特點(diǎn)和ST52.3N及ST52.0/S355J2H鋼管的生產(chǎn)工藝。分析了按EN10210標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)的無縫鋼管的質(zhì)量。采用冶煉、連鑄及軋制的制管工藝,并嚴(yán)格控制各工序,所試制的非合金結(jié)構(gòu)管各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及用戶的要求。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the article are the features of production of non-alloyed structural steel tubes as per the European standard, EN10210 and the manufacturing process for ST52.3N and ST52.0/S355J2H steel tubes. Quality of the seamless steel tubes made in accordance with the said standard is analyzed, resulting in the conclusion that all the technological indicators of the said non-alloyed structural tubes as manufactured with the melting-continuous casting-rolling process and strict control of all the operation steps have been up to the requirements as specified in the said standard as well as customer requirements.
