    Development of Pass Design Software for 3-roll Mandrel Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 分析三輥連軋管機(jī)的孔型特點(diǎn)及孔型設(shè)計(jì)步驟，利用Lazarus軟件開發(fā)出三輥連軋管機(jī)孔型設(shè)計(jì)軟件。該軟件可以快速校核孔型參數(shù)，進(jìn)行孔型輪廓和金屬輪廓參數(shù)化繪圖，并根據(jù)變形金屬與工模具脫離點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)，分析生產(chǎn)事故情況，指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)。利用Lazarus軟件進(jìn)行孔型設(shè)計(jì)方便快捷、通用性強(qiáng)、精度高；可針對(duì)不同的三輥連軋管機(jī)組及其現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工況條件進(jìn)行計(jì)算；還可以將孔型設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量情況存儲(chǔ)到數(shù)據(jù)庫內(nèi)，作為新孔型設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)。

       

      Abstract: Pass features and pass design steps for 3-roll mandrel pipe mill are analyzed.A pass design software for 3-roll mandrel pipe mill is developed by using Lazarus.This pass design software can quickly verify the pass parameters, make parametric drawings of the pass profile and the metal profile, analyze the production situations according to the coordinates of metal-tool seperating points, and guide the production.Lazarus is a convenient and quick tool for pass design and has good universality and high precision.Calculations can be done for different types of 3-roll mandrel pipe mills and various field conditions.The pass design parameters as well as the production and quality information can be stored in a database to serve as basics for designing new passes.
