    焊接矩形管的棱形成型設(shè)計

    Design of Prismatic Formation of Rectangular Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 當(dāng)矩形管的寬高比≥2時,焊接矩形管采用棱形成型方式雖有較大困難,但因在該成型方式下的軋輥具有可修復(fù)性而使其壽命延長,從而可節(jié)省工具費用降低生產(chǎn)成本。以生產(chǎn)90 mm×30 mm×2.2 mm焊接矩形管為例,探討了矩形管寬高比≥2情況下棱形成型的基本設(shè)計方法。實踐證明:采用棱形成型方式可以生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的焊接矩形管;對于線速度差值大的軋輥應(yīng)該改變其結(jié)構(gòu),以適應(yīng)不同的帶鋼。

       

      Abstract: Although it is rather difficult to shape the strip steel with the prismatic formation process in case the width to height ratio of the rectangular pipe is ≥2,the roll can be re-used after repair,and thus prolong its service span to reduce tool consumption,i.e.enhancement of the operation cast-effectiveness owing to this very formation process.Based on the 90 mm × 30 mm × 2.2 mm rectangular welded pipe,the basic design method for prismatic formation is discussed in case the width to height ratio of the rectangular pipe is ≥2.Relevant operation practice shows that employment of the said prismatic formation process is capable of producing high quality rectangular welded pipes,and that for roll with rather big linear velocity difference,its structure should be improved to suit different strip steel sizes.
