    鋼管產(chǎn)品的再生產(chǎn)

    Reworking of Steel Tube Product

    • 摘要: 以鋼管產(chǎn)品為主，介紹鋼材再生產(chǎn)的技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展設(shè)想。簡(jiǎn)述可再生產(chǎn)鋼管的特征、鋼管再生產(chǎn)方式。采用減徑、復(fù)合、填補(bǔ)、裁剪、軋制等不同的加工手段，對(duì)社會(huì)保有的、具有剩余壽命的、退役后閑置的鋼管進(jìn)行再生產(chǎn)，形成新的鋼材產(chǎn)品，提高了鋼材生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

       

      Abstract: Focusing on steel tubular products,the resent technology situation and the development assumption con- cerning reworking of steel products are described in the paper.Also briefed here are the characteristics of the steel tube worth reworking,and the reworking methods for such tubes.The remained and out-of-service steel tubes that are left from the society,and still keep their residual service life can be reworked with such methods as reducing,cladding,filling,cutting out and rolling,etc.so as to be turned into new steel products.As a result,the economic efficiency of steel products shall be enhanced.
