    高鋼級(jí)油氣輸送管道環(huán)焊縫雙絲焊接技術(shù)的應(yīng)用

    Application of Dual-wire Welding Process to Boxig of High-grade Oil/Gas Pipeline

    • 摘要: 簡(jiǎn)介了輸送管線的傳統(tǒng)焊接工藝,以X80和X100級(jí)管線鋼熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊(GMAW)為例,討論了高鋼級(jí)管線鋼焊接時(shí)存在的主要問(wèn)題,并對(duì)比分析了X80級(jí)管線鋼單絲焊和雙絲焊的接頭力學(xué)性能差別。側(cè)重介紹了雙絲焊工作原理及其優(yōu)點(diǎn),以及雙絲焊接技術(shù)在某海底管線敷設(shè)中的應(yīng)用情況。結(jié)果表明,高鋼級(jí)管線鋼環(huán)焊縫現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接時(shí)采用雙絲焊接技術(shù),不僅可以提高焊縫質(zhì)量和焊接效率,而且可以降低焊接熱影響區(qū)組織粗化和軟化程度,有利于焊接接頭力學(xué)性能的改善。

       

      Abstract: The conventional welding process for pipeline. Taking the GMAW of the X80 and X110 linepipe steels as an example, the co-authors of the paper have a discussion on the main problems involving welding of high-grade linepipe steels, and a comparative analysis with respect to the difference between the mechanical properties of the welding joints respectively resulting from the single-wire welding process and the said dual-wire welding process as applied to welding of the X80 linepipe steel. And the work principle and advantages of the dual-wire welding process are elaborated. Also described in the paper is the successful application of the said dual-wire welding process to the construction of a certain submarine pipeline. The operation practice leads to such a conclusion that in case of site boxig of the high-grade linepipe steel, the employment of the dual-wire welding process will not only improve both the welding quality and operation efficiency, but also reduce the degree of the steel structural coursing and softening of the heat-effected area under the welding so as to get the mechanical properties of the weld joint improved.
