摘要: 輝光離子氮化是機械加工行業(yè)對加工工件進行熱處理的重要手段,氮化爐設備運行的好壞,直接影響到工件的熱處理質量。介紹了輝光離子氮化爐的工作原理、改造方案及效果等。通過改造,該熱處理爐的供電質量穩(wěn)定,滅弧動作可靠,打弧時間縮短,氮化時間減少,工件氮化質量提高。Abstract: The glow plasma nitrogenization is an important approach to the heat treatment of processed workpieces in mechanical industry and the nitriding furnace′s performance is directly responsible for the heat treatment quality of the workpieces. Described in the paper are the working principle, technical modification solution and modification result of the grow plasma nitriding furnace. Owing to the modification the said heat treatment furnace works better than before with stable power supply quality, reliable arc extinguishing operation, shortened arcing time, reduced nitriding duration and higher nitriding quality of the workpieces.
