Practice of Production of Precesion Seamless Steel Tube with 3-stand, 2-roll Mandrel Mill

摘要: 以生產(chǎn)小直徑熱軋精密無(wú)縫鋼管為背景，詳細(xì)介紹了Φ114 mm PCM短流程精密熱連軋無(wú)縫鋼管生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)備選型和工藝特點(diǎn)，以及該生產(chǎn)線的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)結(jié)果表明：采用3機(jī)架二輥連軋管機(jī)組生產(chǎn)小批量熱軋精密無(wú)縫鋼管，其在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)成本、節(jié)能環(huán)保和投資運(yùn)營(yíng)等方面具有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)，生產(chǎn)組織靈活，設(shè)備易于掌握和達(dá)產(chǎn)。

Abstract: Based on the production of small-sized precision seamless steel pipes, the Φ114 mm PCM mini-flow mandrel mill operation line for precision seamless steel pipes is detailed here in the paper, involving equipment type selection and technological characteristics as well as the actual production circumstances.The operation practice shows that using the 3-stand, 2-roll mandrel mill to produce hot-rolled precision seamles steel pipes in small lots has brorght about remarkable advantages in product quality, operation cost, energy-saving and enviornment protection, investment operation, and more other advantages like flexibility in production arrangement, and the equiment that is easy to be operated to reach the target output.
