    阿塞爾軋管機(jī)組生產(chǎn)抗擠套管的研究

    Research on Manufacture of Anti-collapse Casing with Assel Mill

    • 摘要: 生產(chǎn)抗擠套管的關(guān)鍵在于盡量降低管體殘余應(yīng)力。除了采用熱矯直工藝可以明顯降低殘余應(yīng)力外,提高管體幾何尺寸精度也可以大幅度降低管體殘余應(yīng)力。阿塞爾三輥軋管機(jī)組不但可以保證管體高的幾何尺寸精度,同時(shí)由于采用斜軋所形成的﹛111﹜織構(gòu)可以有效提高管體抗擠強(qiáng)度。

       

      Abstract: It is very critical for manufacturing the anti-collapse casing to minimize the residual stress of the pipe body.Such residual stress of the pipe body can be considerably reduced by both employment of the hot-straightening process and improvement of the dimensional accuracy of the pipe itself.The Assel mill can not only ensure higher dimensional accuracy of the pipe, but also enhance the anti-collapse performance of the pipe due to its ﹛111﹜ texture as resulting from the cross-rolling process.
