連鑄圓管坯的質(zhì)量及其控制(下)

Quality and Quality Control of ContinuousCast Round as Tube Stock （Part Ⅱ）

摘要: 目前我國(guó)尚無(wú)連鑄圓管坯的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),各企業(yè)只執(zhí)行自行制訂的技術(shù)條件。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)和理論分析,建議在連鑄圓管坯技術(shù)條件中增加有關(guān)表層細(xì)晶區(qū)、柱狀晶區(qū)和等軸晶區(qū)厚度比例及芯部狀態(tài)等內(nèi)容,并提出了相應(yīng)的控制方法;鑒于連鑄圓管坯質(zhì)量的重要性,建議盡快制訂國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Abstract: Up to now there has been neither national standard nor the industrial standard as set for the continuous cast round as tube stock, and the manufacturers can only follow their own company technical criteria. Based on relevant testing and theoretical analyses, it is proposed that additional contents be put into the technical requirements for the said CC round involving such aspects as the surface fine grain area, the columnar grain area, thickness proportion of the equiaxed grain area and state of the core. Also proposed are the relevant control methods. Considering the importance of quality of the CC round as tube stock, it is hoped to work out a national standard for this field as soon as possible.
