    • 摘要: 介紹了CF-V型多通道超聲波探傷系統(tǒng)在SAWL鋼管生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用情況。重點闡述了該系統(tǒng)的主要功能特點和設(shè)備布置。該系統(tǒng)探傷準(zhǔn)確度高,誤報率低,且檢測速度快,成本低,設(shè)計探傷速度可達30m/min,板端盲區(qū)最小為20mm,為鋼板在線超聲波檢測提供了新的思路和方向。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here is the application of the CF-V multi-channel ultrasonic detection system to production of the SAWL steel pipe,focusing on its main functional characteristics and equipment layout. The said UT system features high detection accuracy,low false drop rate,high testing speed,and high cost-effectiveness,a designed maximum detection speed of 30 m/min,and 20 mm minimum steel plate-end non-detected area,being a new design philosophy and the trend of steel plate on-line detection process.
