連續(xù)油管彎折和斷裂原因分析及預(yù)防措施

Analysis of Causes for Bending and Breaking of Coiled Tubing and Relevant Preventative Actions

摘要: 對(duì)失效連續(xù)油管進(jìn)行了宏觀分析、尺寸測(cè)量、無(wú)損檢測(cè)、材質(zhì)理化性能檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)合連續(xù)油管的使用條件和受載特點(diǎn),分析了連續(xù)油管受到的瞬時(shí)高軸向壓縮載荷,并對(duì)井口處連續(xù)油管的抗彎能力作了詳細(xì)分析。綜合分析認(rèn)為,連續(xù)油管的屈曲導(dǎo)致了連續(xù)油管的彎折和最終的斷裂,并提出了預(yù)防措施。

Abstract: Serial investigation activities are conducted to the coiled tubing as failed,including visual analysis,dimension measurement,NDT and physiochemical property testing of the material.With consideration of its operation conditions and loading characteristics,the high instantaneous axial compressive load the coiled tubing bears is analyzed,and the bending-resistance of it at the wellhead is also carefully analyzed.Based on the overall analysis result,such a conclusion is made that it is the buckling of the coiled tubing that eventually leads to the said bending and breaking.Accordingly relevant preventative actions are proposed.
