    三輥軋管的幾個工藝問題

    SOME TECHNOLOGY ASPECTS IN THREE ROLL PIPE ROLLING

    • 摘要: 對三輥軋管的有關工藝問題進行了介紹。文章認為:正確選擇產(chǎn)品品種和規(guī)格能充分發(fā)揮三輥軋管的特長;三輥軋管與三輥穿孔相匹配,可避免三輥軋管工藝自身造成的內折等表面缺陷,但不能避免管坯質量不良而造成的缺陷;采用三轉角軋制法軋制厚壁管和相反的操作法軋制薄壁管可消除喇叭口與尾三角。

       

      Abstract: Some technology aspects in three-roll pipe roiling are described. The advantages of the three-roll rolling can be fully used if varieties and sizes of products are in proper ranges, Some surface defects such as inside wrinkle caused by the three-roll rolling process itself except for the defects caused by low quality raw materials can be avoid if a three-roll mill is matched with a three-roll piercer. The end trumpet and end triangle can be eliminated if a rolling process with three angles rotating is used for thick wall pipe rolling and other processes for thin wall pipe rolling.
