摘要: 介紹了D652新鋼種的研制及采用該鋼種試制起重臂用冷軋(拔)無縫鋼管的工藝研究情況。比較了不同工藝對(duì)管材組織及性能的影響,提出了優(yōu)化的工藝路線,滿足了產(chǎn)品要求。Abstract: Introduced in the paper are the development of the new D652 steel and the research concerning the trial production of the cold-rolled (drawn) seamless tubes for lifting arm with the said steel. Based on comparision concerning effects by different processes on the structure and properties of the tube, the optimum process flow has been worked out so as to meet relevant product creteria.
