Technical Innovation of Lubrication System of Weld Pipe Mechanical Expanding Mill

摘要: 介紹了對巨龍鋼管有限公司進(jìn)口的焊管用機(jī)械式擴(kuò)徑機(jī)潤滑系統(tǒng)濾油器、氣控?fù)Q向閥和液壓泵的技術(shù)改進(jìn)情況。通過改進(jìn),不僅提高了潤滑系統(tǒng)的過濾精度,降低了設(shè)備故障率,延長了系統(tǒng)液壓元件的使用壽命,保證了設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),且因?qū)櫥到y(tǒng)易損元件實(shí)行國產(chǎn)化而明顯降低了生產(chǎn)成本。

Abstract: Described here in the article is the technical innovation of the lubrication system of the imported weld pipe mechanical expanding mill located at Julong Steel Tube Co., Ltd., involving modifications of such elements as the oil filter, the pneumatic reversing valve and the hydraulic pump, etc. Thanks to the said innovation, the oil filtration accuracy of the lubrication system has been significantly enhanced, accordingly the failure rate of the system is reduced, the service lives of the hydraulic components increased, and normal operation of the mill ensured. Moreover, the operation cost of the mill is considerably cut down due to the home-made wear parts used by the lubrication system.
