    非API油井管技術(shù)在中國石化四川天然氣勘探區(qū)塊的應(yīng)用

    Application of Non-API OCTG Technology to Sinopec Sichuan Natural Gas Exploration Block

    • 摘要: 介紹了中國石化四川天然氣勘探區(qū)塊在完井工程所遇到的油井管技術(shù)難題,主要體現(xiàn)在海相氣井油層套管設(shè)計(jì)和高溫高壓含CO2氣井油套管材質(zhì)選擇兩個(gè)方面。針對(duì)高強(qiáng)度與抗硫能力要求之間的矛盾,采取了組合套管解決方案。針對(duì)存在CO2腐蝕的氣井井筒安全經(jīng)濟(jì)設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)難題,對(duì)于腐蝕極嚴(yán)重的情況,采取了生產(chǎn)管柱和封隔器預(yù)座封段選用HP1-13Cr非API油井管柱的解決方案;而對(duì)于腐蝕較輕的情況,采取了普通材質(zhì)油井管+特殊螺紋+封隔器完井的解決方案。上述技術(shù)方案已在井場得到成功應(yīng)用。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay are the technical difficulties as encountered with in the well completion operations of Sinopec Sichuan Natural Gas Exploration Block, involving such two key issues, i.e., the design of production casings for the marine gas well, and selecting of suitable materials for casing/tubing for the hightemperature and high-pressure CO2-containing gas well. For the contradiction between high strength and sulfideresistance, a solution of combination of different casings is used. For the critical issue concerning cost-effective design of safe wellbore of the CO2-corrosing gas well, the non-API HP1-13Cr material is used for production pipe string and packer seated pre-selected section in extremely serious corrosive gas well, while an solution of ordinary material-made OCTG + premium connection + packer completion is adopted for lightly corrosive gas well. These solutions have been successfully applied to the operations in the well site.
