Practice of Producing Large-sized,Medium and Light-wall P91 Seamless Steel Pipe with Rotary Expanding Mill

摘要: 介紹了采用Ф460mm PQF連軋管機(jī)組熱軋，再經(jīng)Ф720mm斜軋擴(kuò)徑機(jī)組旋軋擴(kuò)徑，生產(chǎn)大直徑中薄壁P91無(wú)縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)工藝；分析了生產(chǎn)的P91無(wú)縫鋼管的性能。結(jié)果表明：采用旋軋擴(kuò)徑工藝生產(chǎn)的P91無(wú)縫鋼管，其化學(xué)成分、成品幾何尺寸和力學(xué)性能等均滿足相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求；其持久強(qiáng)度與常規(guī)熱軋管機(jī)組生產(chǎn)的相當(dāng)，產(chǎn)品可以在高溫高壓環(huán)境下應(yīng)用。

Abstract: Elaborated here in the paper is the manufacturing process of Ф460 mm PQF hot-rolling mill+Ф720mm rotary expanding mill to produce large-sized，medium and light-wall P91 seamless steel pipes. Also analyzed arethe properties of the said P91 pipe. As a result it is identified that the chemical composition，the geometric dimensions and the mechanical properties of the pipe as made by the above mentioned process are in compliance withapplicable specification，and that its rupture strength is equivalent to that of the pipe as made with the conventionalahot-rolling process. The pipe is applicable to service in the hi-temperature/hi-pressure environment.
