    多絲埋弧焊低線能量化高效焊接工藝探討

    Discussion on High-efficiency, Low-heat Input, Multi-wire SAW Process

    • 摘要: 對國內(nèi)外常用的幾種高效埋弧焊焊接工藝(焊絲大干伸長、冷填絲、預(yù)熱填絲、單電源雙絲單電弧串聯(lián)、單電源多細(xì)絲多電弧并聯(lián)、縱列帶極等)進(jìn)行了探討;分析后認(rèn)為:將這些工藝巧妙合理地應(yīng)用于多絲埋弧焊生產(chǎn)中,在保證焊縫質(zhì)量的前提下,可以進(jìn)一步提高焊接效率,尤其是可以顯著降低焊接線能量,對于改善焊縫及其熱影響區(qū)的熱循環(huán)過程、細(xì)化晶粒、提高強(qiáng)韌性具有重要的意義。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed and compared in this essay are several conventional high-efficiency SAW processes widely used both at home and abroad, including wire extension, cold wire-filling, pre-heating wire-filling, single power source-twin wire-single arc series, single power source-multi-wire-multi arc paralleling, and collinear wire array.And the results show that flexible and rational application of the above mentioned techniques in SAW will not only further increase the welding efficiency without any detriment to the welding quality, but also particularly reduce the welding heat input notably, which are significant for improving the thermal cycle of the weld and HAZ, refining grains and enhancing toughness therein.
