    在線熱處理對(duì)焊接套管焊縫質(zhì)量的作用

    Effect by On-line Heat Treatment on Welding Seam Quality of Weld Oil Casing Pipe

    • 摘要: 以高頻直縫焊接J55鋼級(jí)套管為例, 從物理性能分析對(duì)比著手, 論述了在線熱處理對(duì)提高焊接套管焊縫質(zhì)量的作用。在模擬正火+回火的熱處理工藝下, J55鋼級(jí)焊接套管焊縫的抗拉強(qiáng)度和沖擊韌性得到了良好的改善。建議焊管行業(yè)重視在線焊縫熱處理設(shè)備和工藝的研究, 提高焊管質(zhì)量, 實(shí)現(xiàn)我國焊管行業(yè)的規(guī)范性發(fā)展。

       

      Abstract: Taking the HFW J55 casing pipe as an example, firstly the pipe’s physical properties are comparatively analyzed, and furthermore, the effect by the on-line heat treatment on enhancement of quality of the pipe welding seam is discussed. With simulated normalization plus temper heat treatment process, the tensile strength and impact toughness of the welding seam of the said J55 pipe are greatly improved. It is suggested that the domestic weld pipe manufacturing circles make more effort in research on the equipment and process for on-line heat treatment of the welding seam in a bid to improve quality of the weld pipe, and realize the normative development of the domestic weld pipe-making industry.
