    鋼管步進式冷床齒形設(shè)計方法及其應(yīng)用

    Method for Designing Tooth Profile of Steel Tube Walking Beam Cooling Bed and its Application

    • 摘要: 介紹了Ф159mm連軋管機組步進式冷床的生產(chǎn)工藝及其動作原理,推導(dǎo)出一套適用于該類型冷床齒形設(shè)計的公式。利用該公式可從理論上和設(shè)計實例上優(yōu)化冷床齒形設(shè)計,并可借助Excel表格進行齒形驗算分析,既方便又快捷。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article are the manufacture process and movement principle of the walking beam cooling bed incorporated into the Ф159 mm mandrel pipe mill line,focusing on deduction of a set of formulas suitable for designing tooth profile of cooling beds of the said type. With such formulas,the cooling bed tooth profile design can be optimized theoretically or in actual case. Furthermore,with the Excel form,analysis of the tooth profile via confirmatory calculation can be performed easily and quickly.
