    Measurement of and Study on Rolling Forces of Full-floating Mandrel Mill

    • 摘要: 通過對寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司全浮動芯棒連軋管機組軋制力的測試,了解了機組的工作狀況,并分析了軋制過程中力的變化趨勢;采用合適的理論計算公式對各機架的理論軋制力進行了計算,并與實測值進行了對比,嘗試建立連軋管過程軋制力預報模型。

       

      Abstract: The operation status of the full-floating mandrel pipe mill of Baoshan I & S Co.,Ltd.is investigated by means of measuring the mill's rolling forces.The rolling force variation of the mill during the rolling process is analyzed.The theoretic rolling force of each individual roll stand of the mill is calculated with proper formula for theoretic calculation,and the calculated values are compared with relevant actual measured values in a bid to build up a model to forecast the rolling force of the mandrel mill process.
