穿孔機(jī)四輥定心裝置液壓系統(tǒng)的新設(shè)計(jì)

A New Design of Hydraulic System Used for Piercing Mill 4-roll Centering Device

摘要: 分析了穿孔機(jī)四輥定心裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)原理和功能特點(diǎn)；通過比較位置閉環(huán)控制和串聯(lián)同步控制兩種液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案，設(shè)計(jì)出一種經(jīng)濟(jì)、可靠、高效的四輥定心裝置液壓系統(tǒng)。生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)表明：該四輥定心裝置液壓系統(tǒng)能夠長時(shí)間無故障、免維護(hù)、自修正地高效運(yùn)行，完全達(dá)到功能工藝設(shè)計(jì)要求，創(chuàng)造出良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Abstract: Analyzed are the structural principle and function characteristics of the 4-roll centering device of the piercing mill.The design schemes of the position close-loop control hydraulic system and the series synchronous control hydraulic system are compared to each other.Based on the comparison result，an economic，reliable and high efficient hydraulic system for the said 4-roll centering system is designed and developed.Actual operation data of the system demonstrate that the said hydraulic system is capable of long term，non-failure，maintenance-free，self-correcting and high-efficient operation，having completely met the functional and technological design requirements，and brought about satisfactory economic profit.
