摘要: 論述了三輥軋管機(jī)組軋后外徑的幾種影響因素,并提出三輥軋管機(jī)軋輥輾軋角及喉徑值隨回轉(zhuǎn)角變化的關(guān)系式,為部分影響因素作了理論計(jì)算解釋,為三輥軋管機(jī)制訂生產(chǎn)工藝提供了理論與實(shí)測(cè)參考數(shù)據(jù)。Abstract: The paper gives analysis of several factors involving the O. D. of tube as rolled by the three-roll mill and the relation between the mill rolling angle,gorge and the rotatative angle, also the explain of some of the said factors via theoretical calculation, providing both theoretical and actual measurement parameters for the processmaking of the three-roll pipe mill.
