    高Cr合金鋼穿孔毛管內(nèi)螺旋產(chǎn)生原因及其改善措施

    Causes for Inner Surface Spiral Mark of Hi-Cr Alloy Steel Pierced Shell and Relevant Countermeasures

    • 摘要: 分析高Cr合金鋼穿孔過(guò)程出現(xiàn)的毛管內(nèi)螺旋現(xiàn)象及其產(chǎn)生原因,提出改進(jìn)措施。分析認(rèn)為:鉬頂頭在使用過(guò)程中不斷磨損及頂頭尾部規(guī)圓段長(zhǎng)度較短,是毛管產(chǎn)生內(nèi)表面螺旋的主要原因;通過(guò)優(yōu)化穿孔頂頭形狀,如縮短鉬頂頭穿孔錐長(zhǎng)度、減小頂頭穿孔錐角度等,可增加頂頭耐磨程度,從而減輕穿孔后毛管內(nèi)螺旋痕跡,提高穿孔毛管質(zhì)量和鉬頂頭使用壽命,提高生產(chǎn)效率。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed are the defective inner surface spiral mark as developed with the hi-Cr alloy steel pierced shell, and the reasons for such a defect.Accordingly countermeasures are put forward.It is identified via the analysis that the main reasons for occurrence of the said spiral mark is in-process consistent wearing of the Mo plug, and the rather short rounding-sections of the plug end part.In this case the wear-resistance of the plug will be increased by means of optimizing the plug profile, e.g., shortening the length of the piercing taper, and reducing the taper degree itself.As a result, the inner surface spiral mark will be reduced so as to improve the pierced shell quality, and increase the service span of the Mo plug, and in turn have the productivity enhanced.
