關(guān)于連軋管機(jī)組幾個(gè)工藝問(wèn)題的討論

Discussion on Several Technological Issues Relating to Mandrel Pipe Mill

摘要: 目前連軋管機(jī)組已成為我國(guó)無(wú)縫鋼管生產(chǎn)的主力機(jī)型。就連軋管機(jī)組管坯加熱爐爐型的選擇、脫管/定徑工序的分、合布置問(wèn)題,對(duì)比分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外連軋管機(jī)組的異同,并設(shè)想在限動(dòng)芯棒上增加導(dǎo)向段以降低生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行成本;提出了有關(guān)應(yīng)用熱送熱裝、控制冷卻等技術(shù)節(jié)約能源、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的想法。特別指出:使用環(huán)形爐加熱管坯不應(yīng)該是連軋管機(jī)組的唯一選擇。

Abstract: Up to now,the mandrel pipe mill has been used as the main type of pipe mills in domestic seamless steel tube-making circles. similarities and differences between mandrel pipe mill at home and abroad are analyzed,involving such issues as determination of type of the billet heating furnace,the combined and separate arrange-ments of the extracting/sizing process. It is proposed as a concept that a guide section be incorporated with the retained mandrel in a bid to reduce the operation costs. Also proposed are some ideas with respect to saving energies and improving product quality via such techniques as material hot-charging and hot-conveying,and controlling of cooling condition,etc. At last,it is emphasized that for billet heating for the mandrel pipe mill,the rotary hearth furnace should not be regarded as the only choice.
