Application of Enterprise Information Management Network System in Baosteel HFW Plant

摘要: 介紹了寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司HFW焊管廠配置的信息化管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng),重點(diǎn)對(duì)其ERP和MES系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)及主要模塊的功能進(jìn)行了描述。6年的運(yùn)行實(shí)踐表明,信息化管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用在企業(yè)快速響應(yīng)市場(chǎng),迅速準(zhǔn)確地采集、傳遞生產(chǎn)信息,有效利用資源等方面起到了十分積極的作用,能夠促進(jìn)企業(yè)不斷提高生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、管理、決策的效率和水平。

Abstract: Introduced in the article is the information management network system of Baosteel HFW Plant,focusing on the configuration and key module functions of the ERP and MES systems. Six year-long operation of it indicates that the information management network system greatly benefits the enterprise in terms of quick response to the ever-changing market,fast and precise acquisition and communication of production-related information as well as effective utilization of resources,etc so as to further enhance the enterprise's efficiency and level of production,marketing,management and decision-making.
