高頻恒電位技術(shù)在螺旋縫焊管探傷中的應(yīng)用
Application of HF Constant Potential Technique to NDT Process for Helical Weld Pipe

摘要: 介紹了工作頻率80kHz以上的高頻恒電位技術(shù)在螺旋縫焊管X射線探傷中的應(yīng)用情況。該技術(shù)采用大功率場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管(IGBT)進(jìn)行交—直—交逆變模式,產(chǎn)生高頻脈沖電壓,通過(guò)閉環(huán)回路的反饋信號(hào)在固定頻率下調(diào)整脈寬,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)高壓變壓器的高壓回路和初級(jí)回路的控制,解決了工頻X射線探傷存在的一些問(wèn)題。Abstract: Described in the paper is the application of the HF constant potential technique with operation frequency over 80 kHz to the X-ray detection process for helical weld pipes.With the said technique,the highpower field effect tube(IGBT) is used to produce HF pulse voltage via the AC-DC-AC reverse transformation mode,and the pulse width is adjusted under fixed frequency via the feedback signal from the closed-loop circuit so as to bring about control of the hi-tension circuit and primary circuit of the high-voltage transformer.Thanks to such a technique,certain chronic problems as staying with the power frequency X-ray detection operation.
