空拔鋼管壁厚計(jì)算

摘要: 介紹了筆者的空技鋼管壁厚計(jì)算算式和其圖,分析了其精度。49個(gè)例子的分析結(jié)果表明,平均誤差為2.30%,壁厚變化性質(zhì)的判時(shí)率為95.9%;空技模模角、摩擦系數(shù)及鋼管材質(zhì)和狀態(tài)對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果影響不大。Abstract: Described in the article is the calculating formula and calculation sheet used by the author for W. T. of empty-sunken steel tubes. Accuracy analyses are also conducted here. The investigations made on 49 cases show that the average error is 2.30%, and the positive rate of judgement of the W.T. variation nature is 95.5%, and that of the empty-sinking die angle, friction factor and the tube material/shape have little effect on the result of the calculation.
