    A New Type of Seamless Steel Pipe Production Process—Tandem Skew Rolling Process

    • 摘要: 金屬斜連軋工藝是一種新型的無(wú)縫鋼管生產(chǎn)工藝，能夠在1臺(tái)設(shè)備上實(shí)現(xiàn)穿孔—軋管工藝。介紹了斜連軋?jiān)O(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)，斜連軋工藝的特征、流程以及與傳統(tǒng)軋管工藝的區(qū)別，同時(shí)介紹了利用斜連軋?jiān)囼?yàn)機(jī)組展開(kāi)試驗(yàn)研究的情況。該工藝的優(yōu)勢(shì)在于：只需1臺(tái)設(shè)備就可完成無(wú)縫鋼管的穿孔和軋管，工藝流程短，生產(chǎn)效率高，節(jié)能環(huán)保，投資少，成本低。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)證明：該工藝切實(shí)可行，在生產(chǎn)難變形金屬時(shí)具有一定的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。

       

      Abstract: The tandem skew rolling is a new type of seamless steel pipe production process, featuring piercing and rolling on one equipment.Introduced here are the structure of the tandem skew rolling equipment, the characteristics and flow of the process, as well as its difference from the traditional pipe rolling process.Also described are the tests and study made on the experimental tandem skew rolling mill.The advantages of this process lie in the features such as only one equipment is needed for piercing and rolling, short process flow, high efficiency, energy-saving and environmental friendly, less investment and low cost etc.The tests indicate that this process is practical and has competitive advantages for processing metals which are difficult to deform.
