摘要: 回顧了我國連軋管機組的建設歷史,分析了近幾年國內(nèi)無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)情況,并對連軋管機組建設的嚴峻形勢作了思考。分析認為:目前國內(nèi)先進機組產(chǎn)能過剩,少量高端產(chǎn)品仍依賴進口,無縫鋼管進出口差價有逐年縮小的趨勢,出口增速放緩。針對目前的形勢,建議無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)加大新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)力度,走差異化發(fā)展道路。Abstract: The history of domestic construction of the mandrel pipe-rolling mill is reviewed,and domestic situations of seamless steel tube production over the recent years are analyzed. Also presented in the article are relevant consideration about the grim situation concerning construction of the mandrel pipe-rolling mill. The analysis leads to such a conclusion that at present the total production capacity of the advanced mandrel mills in the country is surplus compared with the actual market demand;certain amount of high-end products as rolled by the mandrel mill still depend on import, though in small quantities; the gap between the import price and the export price of seamless steel tubes is getting smaller and smaller year by year;and the tendency towards increase in export is getting slow down. To counter the present situation,it is recommended that seamless steel tube makers in the country make further efforts in development of new product types,and take the differentiation development orientation.
