Analysis of Technical Criteria for Tubing ＆ Casing Production Inspections in Saudi Arabia from the Perspective of Saudi Aramco Standard

摘要: 2007年我國出口的油井管已達(dá)到146.1萬t。國外市場已成為我國油井管產(chǎn)品最重要的市場之一。沙特阿拉伯王國是全球最大的產(chǎn)油國,也是全球最大的油井管消費(fèi)國之一,其石油工業(yè)所需的油井管主要從其他國家進(jìn)口。根據(jù)沙特阿美石油公司(Saudi Aramco)的油管和套管標(biāo)準(zhǔn),介紹了沙特市場對油管和套管的生產(chǎn)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)要求,提出了我國油管和套管加工工藝技術(shù)需要改進(jìn)的地方。

Abstract: The total export volume of OCTG of the country was up to 1.461 million tons in 2007, which leads to the conclusion that the overseas market has become one of the most important marketplaces for domestic OCTG products. Being the largest oil producer, and thus one of the greatest OCTG consumers in the world, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has the OCTG for its oil industry mainly from abroad. Based on the Saudi Aramco product standard for tubing and casing, the technical criteria for tubing & casing production inspections as required by the market of Saudi Arabia are discussed, and accordingly, necessary improvements on the processing technology for domestic tubing and casing sector are proposed.
