    冷拔管坯表面化學(xué)處理工藝的改進(jìn)

    IMPROVEMENT OF SURFACE CHEMICAL-TREATMENT PROCESS FOR COLD-DRAWN TUBE BLANK

    • 摘要: 簡(jiǎn)介了莫斯科鋼管廠在管坯表面處理(鍍銅、磷化、中和、皂化)方面的工藝改進(jìn),以及使用瀝青皂潤(rùn)滑劑和采用芯棒噴嘴接頭向拔制過(guò)程中的管內(nèi)噴射新型礦物油的潤(rùn)滑工藝。上述工藝改進(jìn)具有提高拔管質(zhì)量、減少排污量等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the improvement conducted by Moskovsk Steel Tube Works on surface treatment process for tube blanks including such operation steps as copper-coating, phrosphurization, neutralization and soaping. Also described here is the lubrication process concerning the use of pitch-soap lubricant and spraying new type mineral oil into the tube being drawn through the mandrel nozzle. The above mentioned improved processes are advantageous in improving pipe quality and reducing waste discharge.
