    分離譜技術(shù)在水平連鑄圓管坯超聲波探傷中的應(yīng)用

    APPLICATION OF DISCRETE SPECTRUM TO ULTRASONIC FLAW INSPECTION OF HCC ROUNDS FOR PIPE-MAKING

    • 摘要: 用超聲波縱波探測水平連鑄圓管坯中的體積型缺陷時,將產(chǎn)生較強的組織噪聲,采用分離譜技術(shù)進行信號處理,會有效地降低噪聲,提高信噪比.實驗結(jié)果表明,采用分離譜技術(shù),使水來連鑄圓管坯中等于或大于Φ3mm于底孔當量缺陷的超聲波檢測成為可能。

       

      Abstract: When longitudinally detecting bulky defectives of HCC rounds, serious structural noise is produced. With the discrete spectrum technique for signal processing, the noise level will be considerably lowered, hence, increasing the signal-noise ratio. Relevant experiment result shows that it is possible to find out any defect equal to or bigger than Φ3mm flat-hole equivalent in a HCC round with the discrete spectrum technique in ultrasonic detecting process.
