    FE Simulation and Process Optimization of Ф400 mm Plug Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 為提高包鋼鋼聯(lián)股份有限公司Φ400 mm自動軋管機(jī)軋制的鋼管壁厚精度,進(jìn)行了軋卡試驗(yàn)及有限元模擬分析,獲得了鋼管在孔型中的應(yīng)變分布狀況,經(jīng)過優(yōu)化孔型參數(shù)和改進(jìn)軋輥孔型,使軋制的鋼管橫向和縱向壁厚偏差大大減小。

       

      Abstract: To improve the steel tube wall thickness accuracy of the Ф400 mm plug pipe mill of Baogang I & S United Co., Ltd., the rolling-stick test and the finite element simulation are conducted, resulting in identification of the metal strain distribution in the groove. Owing to the optimized groove data and improvement of the roll groove itself, both the longitudinal and transversal wall thickness deviations of tube are significantly reduced.
