摘要: 簡(jiǎn)要介紹了高頻直縫焊管內(nèi)毛刺的形成和清除方法。從內(nèi)毛刺清除裝置的裝備水平,高頻直縫焊管的成型焊接質(zhì)量,操作人員的技術(shù)水平等3個(gè)方面入手,分析了影響內(nèi)毛刺清除質(zhì)量的因素。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。Abstract: Briefed in the article are the inner burr formation of and the burring method for the hi-frequency straight welded tube. The 3 key elements as responsible for the burring quality are analyzed, including the technical level of the burring equipment, the welding quality of the tube as well as the operator competence. Addressing the actual production circumstances, countermeasures are proposed.
