    620~650℃鍋爐過熱器/再熱器用新型奧氏體耐熱鋼SP2215的研發(fā)

    R & D of the New Type SP2215 Austenitic Heat-resistant Steel for Servicing 620~650 ℃ Boiler Super Heater/Reheater

    • 摘要: 介紹TP347H、Super304H、HR3C超超臨界電站鍋爐材料的時效析出強(qiáng)化機(jī)理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研發(fā)出620~650℃鍋爐過熱器/再熱器用新型奧氏體耐熱鋼SP2215。分析認(rèn)為:以22Cr-15Ni為基的Fe-Cr-Ni新型奧氏體耐熱鋼SP2215,通過加入一定量的Cu、Nb、N,在基體中形成多相復(fù)合強(qiáng)化,并在晶界形成M23C6碳化物強(qiáng)化。SP2215具有高的持久強(qiáng)度(650℃,105 h∧130 MPa;700℃,105 h∧80 MPa)和良好的抗腐蝕/氧化性能。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper is the aging-precipitation strengthening mechanism of the material as used to make the TP347H,Super304H,and HR3C ultra supercritical boilers for power plant service,based on which,the new type SP2215 austenitic heat-resistant steel for servicing 620~650℃ boiler super heater/reheater is developed.It is identified via relevant analysis that adding certain amounts of Cu,Nb and N to the new type 22Cr-15Ni-based Fe-Cr-Ni SP2215 austenitic heat-resistant steel leads to producing the multi-phase composite strengthening effect,and M23C6 carbide strengthening in grain boundary.The said SP2215 steel is in possession of high creep rupture strength(650℃,105 h>130 MPa;700℃,105 h>80 MPa) and satisfactory corrosion/oxidation-resistance.
