Development of PQF Pipe Mill in TPCO

摘要: PQF連軋管機(jī)是目前工藝技術(shù)最為先進(jìn)的限動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)。簡(jiǎn)述了PQF連軋管機(jī)由軸向換輥(ACO)到側(cè)向換輥(LCO)的發(fā)展歷程。介紹了天津鋼管集團(tuán)股份有限公司已建成投產(chǎn)的3套PQF連軋管機(jī)組的主要設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品品種規(guī)格等以及各自的特點(diǎn)。這3套PQF三輥連軋管機(jī)組的建設(shè)對(duì)推動(dòng)行業(yè)裝備與技術(shù)進(jìn)步起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用。

Abstract: The PQF(Premium Quality Finishing)pipe mill has been so far regarded as the most technologically advanced retained-mandrel pipe mill.And up to now,three sets of such mills have been set up,and put in operation at Tianjin Pipe(Group)Corporation Co.,Ltd.Briefed in the paper is the development of the roll change-over process of the PQF mill form the original axial change-over(ACO)method to the present lateral change-over(LCO)method.The three TPCO PQF mill lines are also described,covering such aspects as major equipment units,product mix,as well as the features of each mill.The establishment of the three TPCO PQF mills has played a positive role in speeding up further development of both equipment and technological level of domestic tube-making industry.
