    Strengthening Management of As-Built Project Archives Enhancing Reference Value of Project Archives

    • 摘要: 完整的工程竣工檔案對于建設(shè)單位有極高的參考價值。某些部門的管理人員不能主觀臆斷地決定資料的輕重與舍取。分析了幾種工程技術(shù)資料歸檔的重要性,闡述了完整、準確、系統(tǒng)的工程竣工文件資料對提高工程檔案使用價值的影響。

       

      Abstract: Complete packages of project as-built archives are of significant reference values to the construc-tion companies.Archives managing persons of the departments concerned must be very careful in post-project screening of the documents.Focusing on several types of project technical documents,the author analyzes the im-portance of technical document filing and emphasizes that to maintain complete,accurate and systematic as-built project documents will be very helpful for enhancing the reference value of the project archives as a whole.
