摘要: 由于油井管的工作條件非常惡劣,因此對(duì)其綜合力學(xué)性能要求較高。要達(dá)到所需的力學(xué)性能,一般要對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)質(zhì)處理。介紹了采用步進(jìn)梁式加熱爐的油井管調(diào)質(zhì)生產(chǎn)線及所采用的先進(jìn)工藝、先進(jìn)裝置、先進(jìn)技術(shù)和其使用效果。Abstract: Subjected to critical service environment, oil well pipes have to satisfy stringent requirements for their overall mechanical properties. To meet such a need, it is generally required to get such pipes quenched and tempered. Elaborated in the article is the walking-beam furnace-based quenching-and-tempering line for O.C.T.G., covering the advanced technology, equipment and the operation effectiveness, etc.
