摘要: 分析了鋼管冷拔時(shí)的受力狀態(tài),對(duì)比了錐形模與弧形模兩種冷拔模具拔制時(shí)金屬變形的不同,指出了冷拔管表面產(chǎn)生縱向裂紋的原因及對(duì)成品管壓扁性能的影響。Abstract: The loading state of the tube being cold-drawn is analyzed,metal deformations during tube cold-drawing operations with the tapered die and curved die are described,and the causes for surface longitudinal cracks of the cold-drawn tubes made with the two said dies and the negative influence thereby on the tube flattening property are analyzed in a comparative way.
