自動軋管機(jī)頂頭的生產(chǎn)工藝改進(jìn)

Improvement of Manufacture Process for Plug of Plug Pipe Mill

摘要: 為解決無縫鋼管廠存在的Φ130,90 mm自動軋管機(jī)組球形頂頭（材質(zhì)Cr35Ni4Si高鉻鎳鑄鋼）質(zhì)量差、壽命低等問題,對其使用條件和影響因素進(jìn)行了探討。通過調(diào)整自動軋管機(jī)球形頂頭的成分,增設(shè)熱處理工序等措施實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化自動軋管機(jī)球形頂頭的生產(chǎn)工藝。實(shí)踐證明,采用上述改進(jìn)措施,尤其是增設(shè)熱處理工序后,自動軋管機(jī)球形頂頭的性能得到顯著改善,使用壽命提高4倍以上。

Abstract: Addressing the problems concerning the spherical plug(material:Cr35Ni4Si cast steel) of the Φ130, 90 mm plug mill of the seamless steel pipe plant, including poor quality and short service life, etc., relevant application conditions and influencing elements are discussed. The manufaturing process for the plug mill spherical plug is optimized by means of taking actions like rimming the chemical composition of the plug material and additional heat treatment process. Relevant operation practice shows that thanks to these actions as taken, particularly the heat treatment process, the properties of the said spherical plug is significantly improved, and its service life is four times longer than before.
