    J55鋼級(jí)中直徑厚壁HFW套管成型過(guò)程的有限元仿真

    FEM Simulation of Forming Process of J55 Heavy-wall HFW Casing

    • 摘要: 通過(guò)有限元仿真軟件模擬出J55鋼級(jí)中直徑厚壁Φ508 mm×16.13 mm HFW套管的排輥成型過(guò)程,從成型結(jié)果和各部分的等效塑性應(yīng)變兩個(gè)方面研究了板帶的變形情況,分析了排輥成型生產(chǎn)中直徑厚壁HFW套管的可靠性。模擬結(jié)果顯示,板帶總體成型良好,各成型段的變形也滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)需要,但板帶端部在精成型后有部分變形不規(guī)則,存在變形盲區(qū),在距端部100mm后變形盲區(qū)消失,變形截面很理想。

       

      Abstract: This article focuses on the FEM software-based simulation of the cage forming process of the medium-sized Φ508 mm×16.13 mm J55 heavy-wall HFW casing,with which the deformation of the strip is studied in the perspective of forming outlook and equivalent plastic strain,and the consistency of the cage forming operation for the said casing is analyzed.The simulation result indicates the facts,namely,generally-satisfactory strip formation,deformation of the equivalent plastic strain up to the manufacture requirement,partial irregular deformation found at the strip end section after the finish forming step,existence of the non-deformation area which runs out from the position about 100 mm from the strip end,and very excellent deformational cross-section.
