    HFW焊接套管的熱張力減徑工藝研究

    Study on Hot Stretch-reducing Process for HFW Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 在Gleeble-3500 熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)上對(duì)HFW焊接套管進(jìn)行熱形變?cè)囼?yàn), 研究形變溫度和形變量對(duì)HFW焊接套管組織及性能的影響規(guī)律;研究了熱張力減徑+調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理對(duì)HFW焊接套管組織及性能的影響規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:HFW焊接套管隨形變溫度的升高和形變量的增大, 其母材和焊縫區(qū)的組織趨于一致;HFW焊接套管經(jīng)熱張力減徑+調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理, 不僅改善了母材和焊縫區(qū)的組織差異, 還提升了管體的綜合性能

       

      Abstract: The laws of effects by deformation temperature and deformation amount on the structure and properties of HFW casing are investigated by means of hot-deformation test to the casing with the Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. Also studied are the laws of effects by hot-stretch reducing + over-length heat treatment process on the structure and properties of HFW casing. The test results show that along with rising up of the deformation temperature and increasing of the deformation amount,the structure of base metal and that of weld zone are getting consistent with each other, and that thanks to the said combination process,not only the structure difference between the HFW pipe’s base metal and its weld zone is reduced,and also the comprehensive properties of the pipe are improved.
