    • 摘要: 闡述了20鋼管外折疊產(chǎn)生的原因和影響因素,討論了A1含量、S含量、Mn/S比、鑄溫鑄速、管坯加熱制度對外折疊的影響程度,提出了減少外折疊的工藝措施。

       

      Abstract: Discussed in the article are the root cause of and other elements responsible for occurrence of outer fold of the St.20pipe,including contents of Al and S,Mn/S ratio,casting temperature/velocity and billet heating schedule,etc.Technological actions are proposed to reduce the said defect occurrence.
