    Law of Wall Thickness Variation of Sunk Stainless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 通過對不同規(guī)格、不同變形量不銹鋼管的無芯棒拔制,在壁厚變化量實(shí)測的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行回歸分析,得出了壁厚變化量的計(jì)算式。該計(jì)算式對精確控制成品管壁厚精度具有實(shí)際意義。

       

      Abstract: Based on the measured data concerning tube wall thickness variation from the tube-sinking oper-ations with different tube sizes and different deformation amounts, regression analysis is conducted, resulting in the calculation formula for wall thickness variation. The said calculation formula is useful for accurate control of the final tube wall thickness tolerance.
