摘要: 簡(jiǎn)要分析了國(guó)內(nèi)厚壁無(wú)縫鋼管的生產(chǎn)狀況。針對(duì)市場(chǎng)對(duì)大、中口徑厚壁無(wú)縫鋼管需求量的增加,產(chǎn)需矛盾日趨加大,且現(xiàn)階段厚壁鋼管,特別是高端品種的厚壁鋼管主要依賴進(jìn)口的狀況,就采用限動(dòng)芯棒連軋管機(jī)組生產(chǎn)厚壁鋼管提出了見(jiàn)解,并據(jù)此討論了生產(chǎn)中可能出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)問(wèn)題。Abstract: Briefly analyzed in the article is the current situation of domestic production of heavy-wall seam-less steel pipes.Opinions concerning producing heavy-wall seamless steel pipes with the MPM plant are put for-ward by the co-authors based on the reality that demand for large and medium-sized heavy-wall steel pipes is in-creased,and the supply-demand unbalance is in turn increased,and that at present supply of heavy-wall steel pipes,particularly the high-end heavy-wall steel pipes for domestic customers mainly depends on import.Also discussed are some technical problems which would probably occur with the said pipe-rolling with the MPM plant.
