    Trial Production of Q125 High-strength Oil Casing

    • 摘要: 介紹了按API Spec 5CT—2011標(biāo)準(zhǔn)PSL-2類要求生產(chǎn)的Q125鋼級高強(qiáng)度石油套管的試制過程:以Mn-Cr-Mo中碳鋼為基礎(chǔ),通過合理的成分設(shè)計(jì),使合金元素總含量≤2.5%;采用電爐→精煉→真空脫氣→連鑄工藝生產(chǎn)連鑄圓管坯;在斜軋穿孔、PQF連軋工序,保證產(chǎn)品在奧氏體區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)高溫大變形;采用(920±10)℃淬火、保溫時(shí)間17 min,(620±10)℃回火、保溫時(shí)間35 min熱處理制度。檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:試生產(chǎn)的Φ127 mm×9.19 mm規(guī)格Q125鋼級高強(qiáng)度石油套管的屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度、伸長率、沖擊功(包括統(tǒng)計(jì)沖擊功)均符合API Spec 5CT—2011標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對PSL-2類Q125鋼級的要求。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated is the trial production process of the Q125 high-strength oil casing as per API Spec 5CT-2011, PSL-2.On the basis of the medium carbon Mn-Cr-Mo steel, the chemical composition is reasonably designed to make sure that the total alloy element content is ≤ 2.5%.For steel making, the process flow as used is EF→refining→vacuum degassing→CCround casting.During the processes of rotary-piercing and PQFrolling, it must be guaranteed that the work-piece undergoes hi-temperature big deformation in the austenite zone.And after rolling, theΦ127 mm×9.19 mm high-strength oil casing has to be quenched at(920±10)℃ and with a soaking time of 17 min., and tempered at(620±10)℃ and with a soaking time of 35 min.The testing and inspection results show that the said oil casing has been fully up to the requirements for yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and impact energy(including statistic impact energy)as specified under API Spec 5CT-2011 for Q125 steel grade of PSL-2.
