    CPE頂管機的孔型計算

    Calculation of Groove of CPE Push Bench

    • 摘要: 簡要介紹了CPE頂管工藝及設備,分析了CPE頂管工藝的主要優(yōu)勢,重點說明了CPE頂管機孔型及縮口鉗孔型的計算方法,提出了一種新的縮口鉗設計方法,并對縮口工藝進行優(yōu)化。研究認為:與傳統(tǒng)的縮口鉗及縮口工藝相比,改進后的縮口鉗及縮口工藝可減少切頭損失,提高金屬收得率,保證生產(chǎn)順利進行。

       

      Abstract: The CPE push bench process and the equipment are briefed. The main superiorities of this pipe-making process are analyzed. And the calculation methods for the groove of the CPE mill proper and the groove of the pointing tongs detailed. A new design method for the pointing tongs is put forward,and furthermore,the pointing process is optimized. The study reveals that compared with the convenient pointing tongs and the pointing process,the modified ones will bring about such advantages as reduction of the crop loss,increase of the yield,and assurance of smooth operation,etc.
