摘要: 詳細(xì)介紹了攀鋼集團(tuán)成都無(wú)縫鋼管有限責(zé)任公司軋管五廠AccuRoll精密軋管機(jī)組生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成。為進(jìn)一步提高該生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的可靠性、適應(yīng)性和長(zhǎng)周期無(wú)故障運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性,增設(shè)了以軟代硬的智能控制功能、自動(dòng)故障診斷功能、自動(dòng)試車(chē)功能,改進(jìn)完善了電源供配電系統(tǒng)。以上多項(xiàng)技術(shù)措施的實(shí)施,提高了該生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)裝備的技術(shù)水平,取得了明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Abstract: Described in detail here is the composition of the automation system of the Accu-Roll pipe mill line located at No. 5 Pipe Mill, Pangang Group Chengdu Seamless Steel Tube Co., Ltd. To further ensure the reliability, suitability and consistence of long-term trouble-free running of the said automation system, additional functions have been provided, namely software-based intelligence control instead of hardware-based control, auto-fault diagnosis and auto test-run. Furthermore, the power supply system has been also improved. Thanks to the above mentioned technical actions, the technological level of the said automation system has been enhanced, having brought about significant economic benefit.
