    ANALYSIS OF STEEL PIPE END DEFORMATION IN THREE-ROLL CROSS-ROLLING

    • 摘要: 在實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上得出了三輥斜軋鋼管過(guò)程中管壁變形量和徑壁比等因素對(duì)管端變形的影響規(guī)律;分析了管端變形機(jī)理。

       

      Abstract: The rules of the effects of such factors as wall thickness deformation magnitude and D/S ratio on pipe end deformation in three-roll cross-rolling are obtained based on the experiments, and the pipe end deformation mechanism is analysed.
