低壓流體輸送用焊接鋼管標準述評
Comment on Standards for Weld Steel Tubes for Low-pressure Fluid Transport Service

摘要: 將GB/T3091-2001《低壓流體輸送用焊接鋼管》標準與ISO以及國外同類先進標準的尺寸允許偏差、化學成分、力學及工藝性能等多項技術(shù)指標進行較全面的對比,找出差距,并簡要分析產(chǎn)生差距的原因,指出目前我國焊接鋼管產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量上尚待解決的若干問題。企業(yè)需從提高焊管尺寸精度,降低鋼中P、S含量,增加埋弧焊的彎曲試驗等方面著手,使我國焊接鋼管的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達到國際標準。Abstract: A comparison of the Chinese National Standard GB/T3091-2001《Weld Steel Tubes for Low-pressure Fluid Transport Service》with similar advanced international standards in terms of permissible dimensional deviation, chemical composition, mechanical property and technological performance is made, and the gaps and the causes therefore are identified. It is proposed that domestic makers of the said weld tubes need to get their products up to relevant international standards by means of improving product geometric accuracy, reducing P and S contents in the steel and adding bend test for the SAW tube, etc.
